Liam Slevin is an artist, curator and instigator from Cork, Ireland. As a multidisciplinary artist working predominantly in sound, his works can be experienced as architectural interventions, sound sculpture, audio-visual installations, performances and recorded sound-works.
In 2015 Slevin began a live solo experimental power-ambient project under the moniker of Monocrete. Utilising FX pedals, light, synths, feedback loops and distorted drums he creates dark slabs of industrial noise with a particular fondness for sub frequencies and strobes.
